Measuring Organizational Effectiveness (OE)-A Multi Model Approach

Abstract

An organization must be effective in long-term perspective in respect of changing demand of internal and external environment. Today the world is changing so rapidly that it is very difficult to keep proper pace with these changes. Changes are not only true for certain type of organizations and restricted to their activities, it is true for all types of organizations concerning all types of activities they engaged. In this context, an organization needs to examine their effectiveness by evaluating to what extent they are able to respond the environmental ne ds in respect of these changes.
