Abstract

India, in twenty-first century AD is submerged in an unprecedented critical situation. Bearing the legacies of previous centuries the crisis has affected almost every stratum of its population. Erosion of basic human values has reached its lowest depth in social, economic, cultural, political, administrative and moral bases of life.
