In this article an attempt has been made to highlight an account of India's first unmanned moon program 'Chandrayan'. Previous moon mission as adopted by USSR and USA have been mentioned. Various aspects of the program such as launcher, space craft, instruments carried in space craft, antenna, deep space network, mission sequence etc have been touched upon.Downloads
