Abstract

Cement is the main construction material for the development of infrastructure. At the same time, cement industries play a main role in the deterioration of the environment, by emitting carbon dioxide and other obnoxious gaseous emissions. Green cement production encompasses a holistic approach to sustainability, focusing on reducing carbon emissions, optimizing resource utilization, promoting energy efficiency and fostering environmentally responsible practices. There is a need to start implementing green cement to reduce carbon emissions and preserve our planet for future generations.
