Editor’s Soliloquy

Abstract

We are happy that we have reached the eighth year of our publication. We have been considering ourselves in the Kurukshetra war field. The dharma that we are working to establish is Professional Ethics in Management, particularly in Public Governance. The mode of war we have selected to achieve our goal is that advocated by Mahatma Gandhi - positive thoughts and positive journalism.
