Abstract

On the occasion of the completion of seven years of the "Asian Journal of Ethics and Management", I convey to Dr. Krishnadas Nair, its founder and Sri A.V.Balakrishanan, Editor, my hearty congratulations for successfully steering the journal over the years. The Journal has carried important articles of contemporary relevance from eminent management experts and has striven to emphasize the importance of ethical values.
