Abstract

This book, written by Mrs. D. E. Kay is a new addition to the list of books available on root and tuber crops and contains useful information on the various aspects of tuber crops. The products and the processing methods furnished under each of the crops are informative and no this will be useful to those interested in doubt group of crops besides food technologists and industrialists as well.
