Abstract
Aid or trade is a bone of contention among economists and administrators. The answer has been vouchsafed in practical terms in recent times since aid to developing countries particularly to India from the Aid India Club is dwindling and because the developed countries refuse to accept the recommendation of the UNCTAD-United Nations Conference on Trade and Development II - held at New Delhi in 1967, that developed countries should set apart one per cent of their gross national product as aid to developing countries.Downloads
