Abstract

A recent publication of Conrad and Wirtz describing the preparation of antibody against vitamin A (human serum albumin-retinoic acid complex) led us to think about the use of this product as a tool for the identification of microquantity of vitamin A in the free form or conjugated with protein, in the isolated spermatozoa.
