Abstract
In two volumes, the editors have compiled a great deal of information on nutrition and food in an African economy-with reference to Uganda. With an introduction to the economy and society of Uganda, the compilation continues with the dimension of the problem, food requirements and consumption patterns, food production, performance and potentials, nutrition rehabilitation based on hospital and health centres and the review of experience with nutrition projects in five sections in Volume I and II gives the bibliography enlightening the reader how to use the bibliography.Downloads
