Abstract
This comprehensive publication entitled, "Protein Resources and Technology Status and Research Needs", has three sections. The first section, is the summary and research recommendation of the National Science Foundation and RANN study group. These are the research areas for strengthening United States food and feed production capacities. It contains a brief analysis of socio-economic and related factors which influence protein supply and consumption, an assessment of scientific and technical issues common to various protein sources.Downloads
