Abstract
Cereals like wheat, rice, jowar and maize are important sources of the B vitamins-thiamine and niacin in the diet of the human population in India. Deficiency of these vitamins in the diet leads to ill health and well characterized diseases such as beriberi and pellagra.Downloads
