Abstract

This book is based on the first conference organised by the International Union of Nutrition Sciences (lUNS) and the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) both of which are actively involved in nutritional matters in many parts of the world. It is devoted specifically to education in human nutrition which was sponsored by the International Union of National Sciences and UNESCO.
