Abstract
The nutritional and educational benefits of school lunch programmes have been enumerated as enabling pupils to appreciate good nutrition in daily life, develop desirable eating habits through the selection of inexpensive but nutritious foods; to be sociable, handle foods sanitarily; share responsibilities, and establish good human relationships (Devadas, 1959).Downloads
