Abstract

In recent years research on milk proteins is centered on value addition through bio active peptides . Coseinophospho - peptides (CPPs) are a type of bioactive peptides having clusters of Ser-PO4-Ser-PO4- Ser-PO4-Giu-Giu residues and may be produced from hydrolysis of casein either in-vivo or in-vitro.
