Abstract
Nature has provided man with many plant resources with numerous novel pigment sources. These novel pigment sources are termed biocolours and have been identified as potential new sources of natural colours Biocolours are not only playing an important role as an excellent appetizer but they also have certain antimicrobial activity.Downloads
