The Weighment and 24-Hours Oral Recall Questionnaire Methods of Dietary Survey - a Case Study with Models of Agreement
Jump To References Section
Abstract
Studies pertaining to the agreement between two methods of diet survey (weighment&24-hours oral recall questionnaire) in terms of foods and nutrients in developed countries are plenty (Gersovitz, et al; Boureli, et al, Posner, et al, Crawford, et al). In developing countries the literature on this topic, is hardly available (Swaran Pasricha, 1959; Shanta Madhavan and Swaminathan6, 1966, Mujeeb-ur-Rahman and Visweswara Rao,2000).Downloads
