Estimation of Daily Dietary Intake of Elements from Cereals and Pulses Using Edxrf-Spectrometry
Jump To References Section
Abstract
Good nutrition is a basic component of human health. Cereals and pulses are the very common food through which our body receives elements and minerals. The nutrient content of elements and minerals in foods may vary with soil, water and environment. Thus, it is important to evaluate quantitatively the daily nutritional intake of such elements in a particular region, the deficiency or sufficiency of which may lead to various diseases, disorders and allergies in human health.Downloads
