Abstract
Cancer is the third major cause of death in developed countries after cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Cancer is principally caused by environmental factors, of which the most important are diet and factors related to diet, including body mass and physical activity and exposures in the work place and elsewhere. With the industrial revolution, people have moved from rural areas into urban settlements and the economic transition has steadily been accompanied by nutrition transition.Downloads
