Abstract
In recent years there has been a remarkable upsurge of interest in the health and nutrition problems of women in the country, thanks to the vigorous "women's movements", which have served to highlight current disabilities of our women. In order that this new awakening is channelised into truly constructive directions, it is important that the scientific foundations of our present concern with respect to women's health and nutrition are clearly articulated and understood.Downloads
