Abstract
Dietary fibre is defined as that part of plant material in our diet which is resistant to digestion. This term includes all undigestible polysaccharides, lignin, pectins, gums, mucilages, celiulose, hemicellulose and even bacterial degradation products of indigestible polysaccharides.Downloads
