Influence Of Bioenzymes From Organic Wastes Upon Rhizosphere Microflora

Due to increased acidity in soil with usage of chemical fertilizers, significant loss in crop production is observed. This can be resolved using natural fertilizers like bioenzymes, which are organic and serve as a natural alternative. Use of bioenzymes also influence the microbial flora of the soil contributing in plant growth. In this paper, a comparative analysis of plant parameters and rhizosphere microbiome were studied in presence of both chemical and natural biofertilizers. Bio-enzyme used as fertilizers were made from vegetable peels, and urea was used as chemical fertilizer. The physical parameters included growth of the chickpea (gram) plants over a period of 15 days and simultaneous microflora of the rhizosphere was monitored. Results of the study provided an insight into the benefits of using biofertilizers as natural fertilizers for the growth of crops.Downloads
