Abstract

The main objectives of surgical-orthodontic treatment are to normalize the dentoskeletal parameters, facial profile, occlusion, and function. The choice among the various surgical procedures is based on clinical examination and cephalometric evaluation. This article highlights the successful management of patient with skeletal class III malocclusion by combined orthodontic-surgical treatment.
