Abstract

Replacement of costly machinery or parts can be prevented by the proper utilisation of welding processes in repairing and reclaiming techniques. Welding processes are being widely used in construction of various types of structures and overhead tanks and have, with advantage, replaced rivetted constructions in many instances.
