Scope of Welding Technology in the Manufacture of Vessels for Cryogenic Services

Abstract

Manufacture of Pressure Vessels for Cryogenic Services is relatively a new field in India. The word "CRYOGENIC" was inherited from the Greek word "KRYOS" which means frost or ice and "Genes" means "born". Cryogenics is the branch of physics concerned with phenomena at very low temperatures.
