Abstract

Dear Members,

At the outset I thank all of you for having elected me as the Honorary Secretary of this Institute. I shall endeavour my best to serve the Indian Institute of Welding as far as possible. Your usual prompt co-operation is requested. Towards achieving our goal, I need all of your active participation in the deliberations of the Institute. However, if you find that the functioning is erroneous and not befitting the prestigious Institute, please feel free to point out the same so that improvement can take place and we go step by step to the desired height we want.
