The one-day National Welding Meet 2008 of the Institute was held at Vizag on 23rd August 2008 on the theme “ Current Trends in Joining Emerging Materials in Process Industry†. I congratulate Visakhapatnam Branch for the grand success of the event and sincerely thank the management of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant for their support.
