Abstract

It has been our continuous pursuit to achieve timely publication of your favourite journal, particularly because of the fact that we w ere always delayed in the past. I am happy that this issue is expected to be mailed by 2nd week of November, i.e. by the middle of the quarter, whereas of late, we were always late and it became a regular event to despatch the journal only towards the end of the quarter. Our target for the January 2007 issue is to complete despatch by January itself. I request all the authors who would like to send papers for the forthcoming issue as early as possible, keeping our schedule in mind.
