Abstract

After last few years of commendable service as the Chief Editor, Prof. Dr. Tapan Kumar Pal got relieved of this responsibility as per his desire, and the onus came to the undersigned to act as the Chief Editor. It is really not possible for me to fill up the gap that has been created due to absence of Prof. Pal. However, with the support of all members of the Editorial Board, others concerned and taking the advice of Prof. Pal, now a Member of Editorial Board, hope I can manage the task assigned to me as much as possible.
