Hyperthyroidism:Concept and Controversy
Jump To References Section
Abstract
Hyperthyroidism, Concept and Controversy, by Joel I. Hamburger is an excellent treatise written by an able thyroidologist on this subject in recent years. The diagnosis of the hyperthyroid state is by no means an easy one especially in borderline cases. The clinical features, the basal metabolic rate, serum cholesterol estimation, the ankle jerk and serum protein bound iodine can all be misleading in such cases.Downloads
