Publications on human nutrition have been on the increase during the recent years. But Jean Mayer's contribution through a compilation of his 82 essays under the title "Human Nutrition" is unique in its wealth of nutrition information and insights. The author has dedicated this publication to the memory of Andre Mayer, a renounced physiologist, physician and social reformer.Downloads
