Abstract
The Food Safety Committee of the Nuffield Foundation was formed with the main objective of evaluating the possible nutritional and toxicological consequences of modern practice in food technology and food perparation and the toxicological risks could be associated with the rapidly increasing use of chemical additives in food, e. g. preservatives, coloring's and flavourings.Downloads
