Some Aspects of Amino Acid Composition of Leaf Protein

Abstract
Apart from the fact that leaf protein contains a high amount of crude protein (around 60 per cent), a fundamental factor which will define its nutritive value is the amino acid composition of this protein. The introduction of automated systems for determining amino acids has led to an accurate definition of amino acid content of feeds.Downloads
