Abstract

The science of statistics has assumed great importance in recent years. Thebook ' Biostatistics' by prof. Alvin E. Lewis, is an attempt to furnish a lucid non-mathematical text for students in biology and medicine, who desire to equip themselves with a knowledge of elementary statistical methods used in experimental biology.
