Abstract

Though studies on the effect of different oil sources on human system have been carried out extensively, the biological significance of sunflower has not yet been explored fully. The present study is an attempt to identify the impact of sunflower oil on health and nutrition of rats when it is consumed as dietary fat at normal and increased levels.
