Abstract
This publication contains in a condensed form, a full account of all the biochemical and toxicological data made available to the Expert Committee on Food Additives at the time of the meeting held in Rome from 4th to 13th June, 1974. Previously published information of toxicological evaluation of food additives have also been included, along with a full bibliography in Annex I of this book.Downloads
