Abstract
'Menu Planning' by Eleanor F. Eckstein is an earnest effort to provide systematic information on meal planning, in a detailed manner. With the population increase, inflation, rising prices and increased mobility of the population, the number of food service institutions have increased demanding effective menu planning and at the same time keeping up the production cost of the food low as far as possible.Downloads
