Abstract
In this publication, proceedings of a symposium dealing with the nutritional and biochemical consequences of protein cross linking held in 1976 have been published. The symposium was sponsored by the Protein Sub-division of the Division of the Agricultural and Food Chemistry of the American Chemical Society. All papers presented at the symposium have been published in two parts.Downloads
