Abstract

Physicians in the past were more prone to diagnose diseases of heart as resulting from valvular defects, congenital malformations, Cor pulmonale, or of vascular aetiology such as hypertension or coronary insufficiency but have now begun to pay due attention to various cardiomyopathies.
