Abstract

Corn is a major feed and food in many parts of the country. This volume gives the important aspects of corn related to its culture, processing, products of corn in perspection, breeding and genetics, culture, harvesting, economic structure and composition. Food use, Industrial uses of corn structure, food application, corn oil, corn dry milling industry, (products, sweet corn and nutrition value of corn are also given.
