Jump To References Section
Abstract
The standard of food consumption in terms of quality and quantity is one of the key indicators of the existing economic condition of a particular household or community. Estimation of dietary standard, particularly in rural areas is beset with many difficulties. It is mainly because majority of the people do not keep records of expenditure and they have the habit of either under reporting or over reporting the consumption items.Downloads
