Out of the varied experiences of Mrs. Ruth Bennet White, with her pupils and students in the U. S. A, Turkey and Nigeria and work in the Universities, has emerged the book, 'You and Your Food'. Dr. Charles Glen King, Columbia University, Dr. John L. Buchanan, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, New York have been consulted in compiling the work.
