Jump To References Section
Abstract
Most of the procedures for the estimation of carotene and vitamin A in milk require sample volumes ranging from 10 to as many as 100 ml. [ Macky et al. (1927), Boyer et al. (1944), Hrubetz et al. (1945) and Lesher et al. (1945)]. The main purpose of this study was to develop a simple and reliable method for the estimation of carotene and vitamin A in small milk samples.Downloads
