Abstract

This Journal contains a number of articles on Food Technology and Nutrition. The dietary trends in the United States of America discussed by Griffith could help to sustain the interest of those engaged in conducting dietary studies. Griffith's metabolic studies give a clear picture of the medical and scientific work carried out at French Hospitals.
