Abstract
Hypertension is a major public health problem in urban india as in other developing countries. It is a precursor to major diseases like myocardiai infarction, stroke and renal failure, increased risk of hypertension is mainly due to alcohol Intake, lack of physical activity, nutritionai factors iike high fat intake, obesity and over weight and metabolic disorders like diabetes mellitus.Downloads
