Abstract
Protein energy malnutrition (PEM) is a public health desease in developing countries, Animal food, proteins are efficient in the management of PEM, but they are so expensive that they cannot be highly consumed by poor people. Moreover, some people, even in developed countries, do not eat animal food proteins for religious or ethical reasons. Therefore, plant proteins need to be valuated. The biological value of proteins of some plant organs or some mixtures of plant organs have been shown to be as high as that of animal proteins.Downloads
