Abstract
The book is in four parts. In the part on Diets in India is included population of India, production of food stuffs, trends in food production, food needs and pattern of cereal consumption. Under Diets in Different States in India are given, what the nation spends on food, diet survey, food consumption pattern in different states, pattern of consumption of various foodstuffs, calorie intake, protein intake, and percentage of non vegetarians in different states.Downloads
