Abstract
The detailed descriptive information in this book is based on US patents issued since the late 1960s that deal with specialised sugars used by the food industry. The US patent literature is the largest and most comprehensive collection of technical information in the world and it covers a substantial amount of information not available in the journal literature.Downloads
