Abstract
This issue of Ceres brings out a beautiful analysis of the Second World Food Congress. According to Donald Tweddle the Secretary-General of the Congress, the delegates, many of them young and deeply committed, proved to be less improved by the science and technology of progress than by the degree to which that progress, when spawned in the third world, included or excluded social justice.Downloads
