This book which is a four years summary report from 1st October 1965-30th September, 1969 from Food Protection Toxicology Centre, University of California gives a vivid description of prevalent species and the epidemiology approach of isolation, identification and research on Food Borne Infection and Intoxication. It could serve as a reference book for students of home science and also medical men.
